Terms of Service

By accessing or using IgniteViral (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

• You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

IgniteViral provides tools for social media growth (content creation, scheduling and automated publishing), e-commerce catalog and store analysis, live-stream planning, and market research dashboards for Borsa Istanbul and crypto assets. Features may change as we improve the product; some features are marked as beta or preview and may be modified or withdrawn.

When you connect accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Pinterest, you authorize us to access and act on those accounts within the permissions you grant — for example, to publish posts you schedule. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms. You can disconnect an account at any time from your dashboard settings, and we stop using its access tokens once it is disconnected.

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process and publish that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including images and product data imported from websites.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for spam, fake engagement, harassment, or deceptive content;
• scrape or analyze websites you are not permitted to access, or overload third-party services;
• attempt to break, probe or bypass the security of the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission;
• violate any applicable law or the terms of connected platforms.

Stock, crypto and trend data shown in the Service comes from third-party public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Trade ideas, coin screens, ratings and other signals are generated automatically by rules for research and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period as described on the pricing page. Unless you cancel before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or other users at risk. After termination we delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content will go viral, or that any growth, sales or investment result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgniteViral is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
